I joined BurMac in June 2016, bringing with me a background in Early Intervention and Nursing. Starting out in reception and administration, I quickly built a strong foundation in the insurance industry, completing my Tier 2 qualifications and growing my policy knowledge along the way. Today, I work as a full-time Claims Manager.
At claim time, people are often going through some of the most challenging moments in their lives. I genuinely value being there to support clients during those times - managing their claims with care, advocating on their behalf, and working towards the best possible outcome. Helping people through difficult situations is the most rewarding part of what I do, and I draw on both my professional background and life experience to provide empathy, understanding, and support.
In 2025, I was incredibly honoured to be named BurMac Employee of the Year, as voted by my team, for demonstrating excellence, teamwork, and a positive spirit throughout the year.
Outside of work, I’m a very proud mum of two incredible young men. I love making the most of our beautiful town of Orange - visiting local wineries, enjoying local fashion, and soaking up everything Food Week has to offer. I feel incredibly lucky to live and work in such a special community.
