Nadia Kitcher

Most of my time is spent supporting our Account Managers with quoting and day-to-day work, helping the wider team where needed, and overseeing compliance. I enjoy being part of what keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, so our advisers can focus on looking after clients.

I began working with the team in December 2010, starting in reception and administration. Over time, I completed my Tier 2 and Tier 1 qualifications and went on to finish my Diploma in 2021. As my role evolved, so did my knowledge of insurers and policies, which naturally led me into my current position as Business Services Manager.

I love working here because it genuinely feels like one big family. I was born in Wellington and grew up in a large family with four older sisters. Mum and Dad both owned their own businesses and worked incredibly hard, and I like to think that’s where my strong work ethic comes from.

Outside of work, I enjoy the simple things - spending time with family and the people closest to me.
