I began my journey with BurMac working in administration two days a week, but it wasn’t long before I found my passion in claims management. I now process and manage claims from our Dubbo office, balancing my role alongside my children’s busy schedules.

I enjoy working closely with our insurers to stay up to date with new processes and continuously improve how we manage claims. Supporting and guiding our team as they begin the claims process, and helping build their confidence and capability along the way, is something I find especially rewarding.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my three children - you might even be lucky enough to chat with one of them from time to time! I enjoy early morning Pilates, being outdoors, and getting involved in kids’ sports.
